Also, paypal will freeze your account if you accumulate more than 300-500 dollars, they will keep it frozen until they are satisfied with the amount of interest they have gathered off your money and then put you through an arduous task trying to get it unfrozen.

Paypal is not a bank, and therefore does not have to follow any banking laws, by using paypal you are agreeing that they own every single penny in your account and they can take it or lock it at any time.

Western Union is the most popular out of those 2. But a lot of people won't do it unless what they are buying/selling is $20+ because of the fees.
You are pretty much forced to use shitty ass paypal for most things. :| just remember to empty your paypal account very frequently and dont tie an important credit card/bank account to it.
