There are lots of keyboards with macro functions you can set to say whatever you want

Sadly the clipboard was something that was available in previous versions of windows.. and most users don't know it's called "clipboard" so it's very easy to google clipboard history viewer or something and find many programs for windows 7 that will save it all for you.. which that seemed to be the best program
