Maybe he just thought the person in the picture was very attractive and put it in his profile. But if he changes his gender and his profile to something more girly then there is a real problem. I can say this much, when I used to use Jsp a few years back before I quit there was lots of guys with pictures of girls in their profiles simply because the girl was attractive. If that is really you and I was you I wouldn't really care much aslong as he stays a guy and doesn't try anything nasty with any guys while your picture is in his profile. Its like someone having an attractive model or actress/actor in their profile, they aren't trying to be them but the picture is simply there due to the fact that the person in the picture is attractive or they really like their work or probably both. But if you really feel like he should take the picture down then do like everyone else said. Prove it is you in the picture when you go to PM a mediator so they can have it removed off of his profile if you truely feel violated that is but personally I would just let it slide and just keep watch over him.
