Yes, it is.

Of course it is, he posted 10 mins after your post. The situation would have been different if it was after >4 hours.

There are topics in this forum that are COMPLETE SPAM, and FULL of "Early Bumps", yet they remain open for EVER!!!!! For Example : http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=41727400&f=52

I'm not justifying me breaking the rules!!! I'm simply trying to understand!! Like I said I was told by a TRUSTED member (tcl) that replies to comments from other users, is not considered an "Early Bump" and now I am!!! I guess everyone has their OWN opinion and there for you can't please TRUSTED or MODERATOR on jsp.
