Please explain how he has breaken any rules? he only had 1 jsp account, i have one, and my brother uses one aswell. Only me and my brother used this comp for jsp stuff

How do you know your cousin didn't violate the rules? Trust me noone gets banned by a mistake.

he used jsp two times in 2002 when it came out, hes 24 years today and has some off time to play wow and recently tried accesing his d2jsp account by my demand, i encouraged him to it.

I know, but as dream_theater says, when multiple people are using d2jsp on one computer, it can trigger a ban. That is what has happend, a misunderstanding, it happens. Just did, and " yeh " must be re-opend






Yeah, i hope for once that this case meets its rightfully fairly justice due to misunderstanding.

Rarely, i doubt though, when multiple ppl uses d2jsp on same computer, it easily goes wrong, good example here.

Very rarely is a punishment wrongfully given.
Use the contact card and wait for your answer, if you are sincere and honest he will respond, it just takes time, he is busy.

U just admitted u have used the same computer. like i said before if 1 of the accounts used on the same computer violates the rules ALL accounts used on that computer will be punished.

2. Banned/Locked Accounts: If your account was banned for any reason, placed in the 'banned' user group, it will never be restored for any reason. For violation of the forum rules your account will be banned. You are not allowed to create a new account to circumvent the banning. You must correct the issues that caused your account to be locked or banned. The old account won't be deleted. Creating new accounts to circumvent punishments will result in the new accounts being locked/banned as well.

5. Multiple Accounts: You may have and maintain one, and only one account on this site. Multiple accounts are not allowed. If it is found that you have multiple accounts that you are using, or sending gold between, or posting on your own topics with, you will be punished for it, up to a possible banning of all of your multiple accounts.

There is no way for moderators to know if this is true or not. The rules give us users permission to use one account per person. If multiple accounts are logging on from the same IP then that is allowed. However, if someone from that IP fucks up it affects the rest as there is no way of know if its just a multi or not.

sorry for being a bit off topic here but i read your post and started to ask myself:

Given neither of us every breaks a rule and no fg is sent between account. Would it be possible for someone in my household to make a jsp account, too?
I don't play D2 anymore but my brother wants to start with the ladder reset... I kinda dislike the two options sharing my account (used for LS mainly) and doing all of his trades...

No that is allowed but you must understand that if one of those teenagers fucks up and gets banned there is no way for the mods to know if all 5 users are actually the same person as they are behind a computer screen.
