Double check to make sure you opened the ports correctly.

Go to portforward.com and find starcraft, it may give you better assistance.

I used the PFPortChecker software from portfoward.com already to verify that my ports are open. I checked port 6112 in TCP and UDP, both are open.

Enabled inbound and outbound should be enabled by default but could double check it.

Double check the port enable rules are for your LAN ip address as dynamic ip address distibution messes with it. check your network IP with the command " ipconfig /all " in command prompt.

Try disabling windows firewall completely. I have it off, just a pain in the ass to me..

You can check all your ports are open here: http://whatsmyip.org/ports/games/

They should all say "CLOSED" if they are enabled and usable (without SC running), or something like "NOT RESPONDING" if the ports arent accesable or not enabled. Itl say "OPEN" if the port is enabled but being used by another aplication and cant be used (again, without SC running).

Oh and I use the PFPortChecker to verify that my ports are open. When I check port 6112, 75% of the time it says that it's open.. 25% of the time it says it isn't open or it isn't reachable. Why would it be so sketchy?

Here is a picture of my port forwarding configuration on my modem:

I just tried plugging the DSL directly into my computer via the ethernet cord and Starcraft worked fine online. Wtf? Unfortunately, I have to plug the ethernet cord from the DSL into my router so that the internet is shared with all of the other computers. Does this mean that the router is DEFINITELY the problem?

Btw, I cleaned up the settings for the DSL some:

No.

It's currently set at: "Enable full Internet Gateway Device (IGD) support"
