Is he sure he uses correct email address ?
Does he still have the original registration email?
With validtion info etc
If he has not logged in cuz he was using cookies all this time,
he might be mistaken about his current registered info

he changed it , but he also checked the old but nothing.

my solution to ur m8, Quit jsp !!!

it could be that he deleted the cookies

or his last post was something forbidden or contain such things, if so he has got warn and can't log in for sometime (days/hours/weeks idk) but im not sure if jsp automatically logs you out then

did he try pw retrieval wiht both email addresses?



the occasional browser update can also clear history / cache
