Window mode:

Right click on you Diablo II icon, and then in the line there are shown you just write -w
example: "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -w

Btw when u have such a huge screen, and playing in full screen you diablo will be really low quality since the game is so old
