Not sure. Anyway, it's a trojan horse and the definition of a trojan horse is that it looks like something else. In any case it is unwanted and should be removed.

here is a SS of the site scanning it..

Im rlly unsure, but

Only ArcaVir found it..

Is it because its not a intimidating trojan, or is it because its "hidet " good ?

Could be a false positive what are you downloading that is giving you that anyways? You could download PE Explorer and disassemble it to see what its doing

wherever you got it from just ask other people on that site if they've had problems or been logged
but false positives can happen
avg was false positiveing d2 for something ...forgot what though
