you can still run jsp through a proxy.
But you can also spend a few bucks on a VPN-Tunnel.
That will give you an entirely new ip adress.
+ you wont get multi accused and locked if mods ip-scan you

call the folks over at your internet operator and ask for a change from static to dynamic ip, or ask them if you can get several ips.

Indeed, you can just get a free proxy server.

The disadvantage of this, your internet speed will be limited as your internet particles have a longer way to travel.
