Hello, my D2 has been running VERY high CPU usage and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to lower it. It's running at around 48-51 where all other applications are 2 at max.

So you're splitting 2.8ghz which means the game is going to use high on one core. I got 4 cores and when I run d2 one of mine gets up to half and I'm running 3.1ghz

Okay thanks. I just wasn't sure if it was normal or not to be using up that much

Dear god, i hope your not running just those two clients, let me remind you the minimum requirements for diablo 2..

Windows
233 MHz Pentium or better, 32 MB RAM, 650 MB drive space, 4X CD-ROM drive, DirectX compatible video card

My phone could open 4 diablo clients.

If you are running diablo 2 bots, those use alot of cpu. Unless your playing a summon necro, it shouldn't be nowhere near that high.

This would be accurate if d2 was the ONLY thing running. Not taking into account Operating systems / background programs processes and services.
