Lol, I'm referring to characters such as ",/?!*& etc. They're considered as illegal characters for a name.
You'll have to keep it to letters and numbers.

oh didnt know that we can do it there, thougt its only for final namechanges

It was allowed to make characters once but this ability has been removed long time ago.
