Try and close your browser but before that delete your cookies and cache.

@ your edit : update your drives make sure you have restarted your computer ..etc and go to the graphic card properties and look if there is any problems.

It's because your internet is not refreshing properly and it is causing you to lag. Clear your browsing history and it should help.

does the same thing ... its only doing it on jsp ...

even tried other forums and it works perfectly

You should then try using a different web browser for D2JSP. If that does not help, then it's most likely that you have used up your RAM. Try turning off every program that you are running that you do not need to run and run your web browser alone and see if that helps. Every website has different requirements to run smoothly depending on how much is happening in that website or the amount of graphics that it shows and is why you are having issues running one website smoother than another.

Have you installed your new video drivers? even if you install a new video card, without the drivers the motherboard will default back to the integrated graphics card.

This is not true.
The morherboard's BIOS determines which device is used to output to a monitor. Onboard GPUs can be used with a video card for two AMDs, but IDK if Nvidias can do this, too.
