when can i lose 10% and when can i start using fg again?

you can start using fg when you're down to 60% warn

Once you have gotten a reply from the a moderator try being more active around the forums without spamming them and try helping people out. You need to prove to the D2JSP community that you have changed your ways and that you are planning on following the D2JSP rules from now on, so yes, it will help you a lot.

can i lose warn faster for doing that?

they need to make some alternative to losing warn faster i been unable to use fg for like 8 months now

There is an alternative which is not to repeatedly break the rules.

Not using your FG is the consequence for disregarding site rules.

Wait until a Mod posts here and follow the directions that are given.

Warn reduction is to be earned not given. The same way you got them in the first place.
