you have to find one that you wanna get into and than hit the request to join button at the top left hand coner
It helps to pm the guild owner and have a talk with them to..

Once you do this, you must wait for the Guild owner to approve your join request. Please note, some guilds disable the ability for new members to request to join, and a link may not appear on those guilds.

Just find a guild that suits your liking and read there requirements too join , If you meet them and the guild suits you , Request too join it ;)

This, and i would buy one thats already started... you can get guilds that have everything and even a good amount of member spots for like 2k
Just shop around a bit.. dont just buy the first one you find.
If you buy one new it dosent have anything and it costs alot to gear them up
