Coming back to Diablo 2 and d2jsp.

Few questions:

1. When was the last ladder reset? Some ppl said Sep, but on Bnet it says March 2011?
2. What is the latest patch? Has anything changed? Like Uber, etc? I heard they cannot give xp etc.?
3. Last time I was here uswest had way more topics than useast. But now....useast has almost double uswest lol why?
4. Can people still grush?

1) Ladder reset was march 28th. Next reset will be in 6 month so it will probably be in the end of September.
2) Current patch is 1.13c. Mephisto's spawn do not give exp anymore, that's correct. Makes UT leveling impossible.
3) No idea about that, sorry.
4) Yes, that's still possible.

Damn....why 6 months I wonder... :'(

Now I am not sure if I should play or not.....its only 2 months before ladder reset....

My advice is not to start anymore this ladder. Prices dropped a lot and the market is flooded.
Wait for the next ladder. As mentioned, each ladder lasts 6 month according to a Blizzard poll. We all know dates defined by Blizzard aren't guaranteed, but I think it's pretty accurate.

Yes to both. Except bugged items are quite expensive, since they only exist in nl.

That, and the old patch items like siggard stealth right?

Back then when I used to play Uswest was populated way more than east. i dont know why east now is more... : /

I just want to know which is more PvP focused.

You will find more PvM and PvP players in US East.
