Its on your own risk, I would reccomend not doing it since its not supported by d2jsp.

Yes, they're legal however they're not supported by jsp and are at your own risk.

its up to you and if you trust them. Jsp wont help you if you get welched though

If you completely trust him, you can do it. Generally I wouldn't loan anyone anything unless I know him better than everyone else.
Remember, it's not supported, therefore it's definitely not recommended.

Don't give loans to anyone you do not know very well.
