Hello

I've seen this ladder many topics on Softcore Ladder about hybrid items (Enigma of Peace or Insight of Infinity etc..)

As far as duped, shopped, hacked, bugged items are not allowed, those hybrid items can't be allowed on jsp.

Moreover, hybrid items encourage some users to shop it and more items / runes in this way.

Fortunately, some topics related to hybrids items was quickly disapproved by most of users. But some people still sell it.

I think there are enough problems on jsp concerning dupe, shop, hack, spam, multi, scam etc.. This kind of items can't be allowed in my eyes.

I would know the position of jsp about that. Is that allowed? Is that considered as legit items?

Thanks in advance.

Rules clearly say that "You're not allowed to sell copied items as legit ones".
Do not use false advertising to describe an item. For example, if an item is a common dupe and is being sold in mass, it cannot be described as legit/perm/whatever else you may use to imply the same meaning.
If seller doesn't say it's from unkown source or just it's copied, item is considered as a legit one.

/But remember selling 'duped' as legit results locked and further scammer tag.

im pretty sure the no selling hacked/duped items on ladder realms rule was abolished a few months back, the french versions probably just haven't been updated.

They don't sell it as legit items because they mention "hybrid". Then they are free to sell it?

That's really no sence, users don't disapprove shopped hrs etc. but they are interrested by shopped hybrid items.

Every single hr on jsp is duped, should it be forbidden to sell runes on jsp also?

And these hybrid-items were made in an illegal-way "imported", but 95+% of jsp users use bot wich is also illegal and all their mf-founds are illegal-found too so either all gets banned from trading forums or nothing

Well first, this topic concerning hybrid items.

And you don't sell duped hrs 300% of its price. Hybrid items are sold so expensive.

They use bot/hack in their own risk. But hybrid are tried to be sold in jsp and then it's another problem sir.

By the way, i'm just trying to say if we allow every new hack/dupe, jsp will be not so different than shop site etc..

So you're mad because users who buy their items in d2 shops are making profit?
Hrs is the same as hybrid-runewords, ones are duped others are imported, both illegal

wouldnt exactly call buyign a 400$ items and selling for 20k a prophit :)
hybrid rw's are old news anyways, there is no longer a rule about selling illegit items on ladder realms so they are allowed.

I understand you but there is no difference between both things, jsp won't forbid other users to sell such items since its a great part of the economy.
Its allowed to sell duped items, to sell bugged items, to sell bot-found items. So it won't be a problem selling Hybrid items

and tell me, why is it a problem that hybrid runewords are beeing sold?
