People are constantly spamming my trade topics leading to a closure of my threads.
Example
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=56400149&f=328&o=0

I had another thread earlier this week and the same thing occurred (I lost the link).

I would like to get help to enable a function in which fg is refunded for topic closure due to other people's spam.
Or an alternative solution in which users who spam the thread are fined 5fg or forced to send 5fg to pay for the topic title.

Another note, this thread above was closed due to this excuse (in addition to spam) - Early Bump: Violation of the 4 hour bump rule.
I checked the time stamp of every single post that I made and I never violated the 4 hour bump rule.

In addition to any comments about my statements to bump the topic. This is a trade forum and I believe as a marketing major in college, I should be able to practice smart marketing techniques. An example of such techniques demonstrated is the use of Chain lightning skill description in which highlights the value of the item. I also made a real-life movie relation in which to inspire emotions of awe and power from the Harry Potter reference. The posts are therefore not spam and if considered such, this leads me to question the integrity of such persons who are closing my threads.

Thank you for your time and solutions regarding my problem,
jua

Post #7, 15, 17 are early bumps. You can only bump a topic once every 4 hours from the last post.

Regarding spam just report it and move on. If it is getting overly excessive you can PM a trade assistant or trade moderator.

Replying to spam is the same as spamming yourself. Also regarding the Harry Potter post, it would have been fine if it had been 4 hours after the latest post.

# 7, 15, 17 = illegal early bump. Bumping your thread with a no spam sign 10-60 minutes after the last post is not going to fool the mods.

Thank you for this clarification.
I shall now present current trade topics i have seen with early bump violates that are not closed with similar early bump violations.

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=56426356&f=169 - post #10 & then #17 & then #20
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=56395022&f=169&o=10 - post #1 & then #3, #13 & then #14
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=56403534&f=169&o=10 - post #14 & then #16

I think the list can go on.

My alternative point is that someone on us east is specifically targeting my trade threads and closing them. Whether it be regular users or staff moderators. I feel singled out and a specific prejudice for my paid topics.

Can a solution be done to remove this prejudice that someone or some entity has against me?

Thanks again for your speedy response!

Threads get closed/looked at the majority of times from reports. Someone probably noticed what you were doing and reported it. No mod is being prejudice against you, most likely a regular JSP user is following you around.

I guess I am confused
Here is what I see in bumping rules:

Early Bump:

Posting 2 back-to-back posts in one thread before 4 hours.
Creating several threads to bypass the early bump rule.

I must be misreading this. Posting 2 back-to-back posts in one thread before 4 hours. I thought this had to be back to back posts specifically. Maybe this should be clarified on the trade rules to specify that no posts by the thread creator can be within a 4 hour span in which no regards to an offer has been made.

I shall keep this mind, I have had a sneaky suspicion.

Thanks again for Your help DieTryin' and Ryans.

You can reply to bids, that's about it.
If you reply to spam, it's considered an early bump.

Any reply that any D2JSP member types that is off topic from your created topic is considered spam and if you reply to it without waiting four hours, then you're spamming as well. Even if the D2JSP member replying to your topic is typing something kind. The best thing to do when others are spamming your topics is to simply report them and if the spam gets out of hand then contact a D2JSP authority to close your created topic to stop the spam.

just for example here

Would this be considered spam, since nothing new was said? except a statement of the obvious. So that by definition we should have ignored his re-iteration or re-post of what was said above? and report it as such? SPAM?

The line between conversation/spam/bumps is a very, very thin.
