Hasnt let me pm him in a while.

Called him, he said he didnt block me.

He even blocked me, and them unblocked me.

Whenever I try to pm him it says. "you are not allowed to pm this person."

Fix this.

Try to delete your browsing history and remove cookies

If you still get the problem then he has you still blocked

It seems like he lied and blocked you. :/

He doesnt have me blocked.

I had him on the phone, he blocked me, then UNBLOCKED me.

Idk what could cause this.

My cookies and history are deleted every 24 hours.

Have him check again.

You won't get that error unless he has you blocked

He is pretty certain I am not blocked.

We are still on each others friends list. =\

Being on friends list has nothing to do with being blocked from private messages.

If you can get a hold of him have him go to his blocked list: http://forums.d2jsp.org/pm.php?c=14

Have him make sure your name is not on it, and if it is delete it.

How do YOU know he doesn't have you blocked? Can he give us a screenshot of his blocked user page?

Im just taking his word for it...

We grew up together and have known each other nearly 20 years...

Just do as I said and have him double check to see if he has you blocked or not.
