The topic will probably just get closed for posting a outside link, if any warn is given out it will probably be 10%, If that happens just simply explain yourself to a Moderator, if you think you didn't deserve it.

any rules does not say that posting only pics are not allowed.
Personally I enjoy watching funny pics. so does others (expect jsp-users always want report everything fun)

you won't get 40% all at once for something like that. Most likely 10%, 20 at most, but I doubt it.

Just report the thread yourself. I once made the mistake of linking to a bad site (Thought it was okay, didn't really check it). After the edit time had past, I realized and reported myself. They gave me a warning instead of actually giving me % warn. So yeah. do that
