Well, first I thought it was temp ban or something like that, but I've had it for more than 2 weeks now, really dont know what to do :S

have tried this :

Restart router
cmd - ipconfig realease - ipconfig renew

someone know how to fix it?

An easy way to find out everything about your hardware is to download and run Everest.

Edit: To Xaysia: That won't always show the exact type of your graphic card. But it's working fine for the rest.

Go to Start -> Write in 'dxdiag'

Everything will be listed there.
