Hi

I just traded a guy, his perf annihilus vs 1000 fg

But he got banned while we were trading and I can't send him the fgs and he instantly told me he would accuse me with a new acc saying I'm a scammer etc and he left game, he don't even gave me a chance to give him the item back xD

I guess he has all proofs to get me locked/scammer tagged

What should I do?

In my opinion if you both still in the game give him back the item, since multi accounting isn't allowed he cant accuse you correctly.

Nothing really you can do but try too find him in game and return his anni.

/e You did not intentionally take his anni and if he was "Banned" Then there really isnt ANYTHING you can do about it.

Ingame screenshots / link to trade topic and profile of other trader / pic of pm conversation etc.?

I have all necessary screens and links

He was a multi and got an auto-ban after some mins




He is banned he can't receive PMs

and I can't wisp him ingame he's offline with the Acc

Ask a mediator to handle the return.
He won't be able to read your pm's if he's tagged

He isn't tagged, he is banned.
He can't do anything ^^

I would suggest you to wait, when he opens a topic in Scammer Accusation against you with another account you can post your proofs there.

Banned people can still login,... dnu if they can read pm's from mods/meds though

If they can't, well, then it's a grey area
Maybe you got his bnet acc name on screenshots and you can msg him ingame, make s/s's about return if possible

Ok thanks, I'll try to contact him ingame if not I just give up till a new user pm's me saying its him or I get scammer-accused by his new acc ^^

He has a D2 account which you can contact.
If is a mule, then he wont be able to get the anni back.
If he makes a multi here and accuse you, he will be banned once again, and I personally think that someone could just make the multi to scam an anni
