Yeah, back when I remember, 09 or 10, There was a rule about 40 hrs being sold, but when I looked back at the rules, theres no such rule.
Any insight?

If the rule you think you saw isn't there then it is most likely edited out/changed or it was never there to begin with ;)

The reason it was there in the first place to was to make an attempt to slow down the profit of dupers and try to target their business.

Use your imagination man, can't you see he doesn't want to just tell you straight up?

I obv thought of that.
