But when I'm at the computer I get it as it's suppose 2. -

Both of the quotes look the same to me.
I really dont understand your question too mate :/

when quoting then typing with ipod / iphone

the text your going to type afterwards comes before the quote instead of after the quote

Correct.

easy ... just type with your finger on quote and after that touch with your finger at any point after the quote.

Okay it is hard to explain...

I've had this issue on my phone, sometimes you just click a couple times after the quote until you can type there or use arrow down/right keys to get to the end of the quote.

Yeah I know, that's what I've been doing But figured it would be cool if it could be fixed.

I think it's an iphone/ipod issue not a d2jsp issue. It always tries to go to the beginning of the text box instead of the end as that is where you would normally start.
