few days ago, however the order hasn't been placed or anything. I checked on my bank account online today, and the balance has deducted the payment of the item purchased. however beside it has an tab stated processing?

Whats going on? I ordered something 4 days ago, and it still says processing but the amount of $ has be deducted?

Seems a little fishy. I'd cancel the order and place it via another site

it was on urban outfiter website? how can i cancel the order?

Log in, then cancel order if they requested you to sign in of course, otherwise, call them tomorrow morning and give them your order number and cancel it.

i dont know my order number? sorry im new to this

i went on the urban outfitter website, and it shows no order placed. like i said i went on bank of america website and it shows the money tooken out but on the status it states processing?

so im guessing they took the money out, but haven't processed it yet or something? its been 4 days tho?

Did they request you to register before making a new order? If they did then check your email the one you put in the registering process and see if they have sent you an email with the order number...etc

If they haven't, then give them a call tomorrow with your name...etc and tell them to cancel it.
