when i push the insert butten the button that has (prt sc) with im guessing is that it dont pop up in the d2 folder

if it doesn't come up in the d2 folder, open 'Paint' and press Ctrl + V I guess.

its not reguresting that it copys it so i dont no what to do

do i have to press shift or ctrl or something iv tryed thoughs and still nothing

If you used the 'Prt Scr' button, you should just be able to press Ctrl + V to paste it in paint. you are using windows? mac? or? Because I think its different if you use Mac iirc.
