Yes it's all validated, but it says "Sorry you cant do this" or that

Does it say 'Group: Banned' on her account? Mind linking me to it?

Yes she is Banned as you can see in her user stats.

This is due to her creating an account on the same computer as you which automatically flags a multi, someone who has more than one account.

You can use the contact feature at the bottom of the page to try and contact the d2jsp staff, however a banned account will not be restored.

Dammit. So am I basically screwed? And as a side note whats a multi and what's so bad about it?
