You need a dynamic ip for that guide to work. Otherwise, you'll have to wait it out.

It can last up to 72 hours.

They usually last around 20 minutes. It varies. No one can give you an exact time limit.

Like I said, they can last up to 72 hours. It all depends.

I've had one last 3 days before. You must wait it out or attempt to try the guide above to bypass it/
