i havent been using my p.c latley due to the fact that any mouse i plug into it wont seem to work i have used 3 different mouses and non seem to work..
ive tried pluging the mouses into all usb ports and it dont move. The only thing that happens when i plug them in is the laser under them turns on thats it.
i didnt have this problem before..
all i did was turn off computer one day and turn it back on and all the sudden my mouse doesnt move when im in the desktop or anywhere. it just sits in the middle of my screen.
and i cant do nothing because of this.. theres nothing wrong with my settings or anything.. its all default and it should be because i didnt change anything on my computer.
all i can do is use the "Tab button" to on the internet etc.. any clues to how to fix this?

and im sure i dont have to dl any mouse stuff because all 3 mouses have worked in the past.

what can i do?

turning off computer with mouse plugged in
restarting it with mouse plugged in
downloading stuff. shouldnt have to..
using all usb ports.. i already did.

It could be the fact that your computer doesnt recognize it anymore. go to your controle panel and go to mouses see if your computer is recogizing it. If it is try trouble shooting it. under the right hand corner.

How about buyin a mouse with old fashion plug?

where do they sell those? ive checked in wal-mart... they dont sell em...

Checked amazon? Either that or some computer hardware store possibly.

Do other devices with usb connectors work properly? Asking this since you didn't say how your keyboard is connected.

Edit: Do the following:
Go to your Device Manager Universal Serial Bus controllers delete all devices restart your computer; Windows will automatically reinstall the USB drivers, which might have been damaged

Just ask for a mouse with regular plugin.
