i activated my account but it wont allow me to send messeges. is that normal, like i have to wait a time period before being allowed?

If you are talking about posting, then it seems to be working fine

New members got a flood control system .
After you reach 30 posts ( I think ) the time from post to post is reduced.

no a messege not post. but just after posting this, it allowed me to msg. im guessing it forces people into activity before allowing commands like that. thanks anyway though guys haha. <3

1 Account per user , multi account are not allowed.
You have to wait till you get an answer from d2jsp staff.

no shit dude, i have had the account since 06. now i come back a year later log on once fine, buy some raffle tickets, then to days later log on and disabled. kinda weird
