Been going on for days now, every 5 or so minutes any page I attempt to open will timeout. It's not slow at all when it does work though.
Packets are being sent but are not being received.

I would do the following,
Clear all cookies and get some kind of system defragger

try rebooting your network keep it off for 5 mins and turn it back on normally helps me if prob persits i have no idea

Are u using wireless? If so have u tried updating ur wireless driver
Also plz follow the 24hr General Help bump rule & only bump ur topic once every 24hrs
