there are many Hi.exe, this might not be the same one
the only way to find out for sure its to upload it on virustotal and check the MD5

do NOT run the file its a virus
delete it immediately and empty the recycle bin
do a full system scan on your computer if you ran the file already with your anti-virus

a hijacker means that it will take over either your computer or your internet browser and download more stuff, random pop-ups redirect you

how did you download that file? (dont link, obviously)
did you execute it? (open the file?)

you should do a full scan like i said with your anti-virus
also download malwarebytes anti-malware just to be safe
