Since yesterday, i haven't been able to send fg to anyone, it gives me this error: Gold Security Password incorrect. Failure attempt has been logged. I have the right password, i've tried switching it sevral times, tried removing it, tried cleaning cookies etc, restarting browser, restarting computer, diffrent browser, but nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Maybe you try the "Contact" button and wait for a reply?
Otherwise you could try to choose "Forgot my account password". When you could reset your password and set new one it should work maybe?

I have pressed the contact-button and filled out the form.

Also tried reseting my password, the way you said.

Using the Request Gold Password Rest option is the only way to recover ur password

Settings change gld password request gold password reset

Fill out the applicatin to have ur GP reset & prvide as much information as u can

Plz be patient as it may take a few days to get a response

The thing is, i'm 100% sure i have the right goldpassword, because i can log into JSP just fine, i can change the password around etc.

If you use a special sign like !"$%&/(§("§/)% at the beginning just try to use a letter or something like this. Had the bug on Ladderslasher somedays aswell.
Edit: If it don't work just wait and be patient for a answer. (Contact button).

make sure your anti-virus puts d2jsp as a safe site
the other user was using trend-micro anti-virus

But this issue is back now, i can't send FG again. I haven't done anything at all with my JSP-account.

Maybe try with notepad, type your password, copy it and paste onto the send fg box.

Also if you have already requested gold password reset and filled the form with all required info, it should be done. You need to wait around 7 days for the return email.
