my dad registered last night and got banned for asking for donation. i told him to use contact

I did that and Pm'ed him

Give him time.
I had to do it once.
I got a response like a week later, but the time can vary.
The contact us doesn't just go to Paul it goes to the senior mods as well.
My reply I got was from Lajo.

we tried logging in again and now his account is completely disabled not just banned.

he asked for a donation last night and got one, but i told him to pm a moderator and say sorry cuz were not allowed to ask for donations...

this is why im like wtf?

i thot a warn might be given but not a ban...
