I'm not 100% sure but I think the only way you can get it back is IF he decides to pay back is scam(s).

Thats mostly the case after people scammed.
He is still able to repay in other ways.

D2jsp will not and should not refund scams.

It's true that many scammers won't repay but thats the risk you run by trading.

Only whatever now you can do, to wait patiently. You don't have a 100% of the certainty that he will be willing to pay his debt back.
