You have to work harder to get a tag, not only post links
All thats changed basically is that you can make topics about buying/selling names.
Name trading was still quite common before this, and people took the risk anyway.
It's not supported because it is easy for a third person running a namebot to grab the name when it goes to get xfered, how do you determine who is at fault?

Now if you read and understood the situation, you would have seen that there's no proof that can be taken while trading name, so jsp wouldn't support such a thing
Example, both players agree on a trade, seller delete the name, and buyer make it, but says it was taken, proof? there's none, but name trading is allowed
That's the risk you take, a smart seller xfers each name onto an individual account before they sell the name, therefore putting the risk of xfer solely on the buyer
