Yeah so I just got a new laptop and I'm going out later to buy a mouse/security system.

I need some recommendations!

I will be paying money for it of course because the free ones suck and aren't nearly as good as pay ones.

I'm looking for a relatively cheap one that works with Windows 7 and won't really slow down the computer too much.

never get F-secure

avast is good as well, and its free

avast antivirus = all its free too.

and its pro + it work without slowing anything on your pc.

if you want a payable perfect antivirus buy Kaspersky.

for other stuff get Ccleaner and Spybot for keylog´s

AVG has a version u pay for and a free version. the free one ive been using for years now

Avg AntiVirus + S&D Spybot + CCleaner.

My brother said Norton and McAfee are really good but they're pretty big so they kinda slow down the computer a bit.

He mentioned something called eset (what he uses), I don't know if you guys have heard of it, but he's a computer science major so I think he might know a few things lol.

And like I said, I'm not cheap so I'm not downloading all these free things because while they are good, they are not nearly as complete and in-depth as the pay for ones.
