Can i ask why account " Yeh " got banned?

it was my cousins old jsp acc he made 8 years ago, i recently talked him into playing wc3, its been 5 years he last time played any mmorpg game, and after he had found his old information, email and such concering " yeh " he wanted to log in to his jsp again and now its banned he @ phoned me and was upset

whats going on?

/E probably some autoban, but how come? i dare all mods check ips. Nothing wrong! its all legit!

normally there is no "autoban" there has to be any illegal

Anyways, i'm talking with martin @ skype and hes pretty confused when he logged in and it said " your account has been suspended "

Damnit, i guess that is what has happend, look my warn^^ i spammed once, and got 90 by spamming nine times lol.. but that was then.. but my brother uses my comp for jsp when he visits me. What should i do now then? wait for answer from Paul?
