Well when i tryed to put an image it says Sorry, you are not permitted to use that image as a personal photo as the extension isn't on the permitted list.

Make sure its not too big , and make sure you dont put the img tags if its ava / personal photo

Try to change the format to .jpg

Be also sure that you use the direct link!

Hmm, than why it says it will automatically resize your pricture ?

I have changed it to JPG, but still same problem ...

If you don't post a link or description to the image we can't help you.
It seems like an extension problem, if it isn't jpg, png or gif, or maybe bmp the site will not support it.
If it is indeed not one of these supported formats go to theGraphic Request Forums to ask someone to change it for you.

edit: After viewing the picture itself it seems like maybe an issue with certain offensive images. This image might be considered offensive to some people.
