I've heard it's kind of hard to get started, anyone have any opinions, tips on getting started? free play members fucked from the start if you dont intend on paying for anything? If i get into it, i don't mind paying, but just lookin' for some feedback on it.

if you do decide to start playing khyber server is where allot of the jspers are at.
and like any other mmo it is rough getting started learning about the game, but there is a curve and if you can listen and learn from those that know you will excel quickly. i have been playing for close to 5 years, there are some i run with that are at my level that have played for less than one, its really about time devotion and maybe a bit of luck. but it is easy to play had to master and fun at any level.

i also am an officer of the larges guild on the server, the helpers guild, witch we are just that we help each other out no matter what lvl of play you are. so i have a lot of guild and personal resources at my disposal for any one just starting out. so if you decide to take a look lmk what you think and if you need a point in the right direction drop me a line on here or in game on alisril.

Sure thing, i'll probably start out of kyber for sure. The pvp is good on that server, an in the game in general?

All this, ^
Starting out on ddo may be hard, but once you get to about level 8, it gets a little easier, and a lot funner.
I also play khyber, I could help as well.

the pvp is set up well but its not the best game if your really in to that. thou there are several people that focus heavily on that and im sure could show you a few builds for doing that well.

Sure thing, as long as there is alot to do and the game is well done, and enjoyable and there is at least a pvp element, i'll be able to get into it. It's downlaoding right now, i'll let you guys know as soon as I get it all installed and patched up.

It's saying that I need a subscription to start DDO, and it didn't show that it's installed after all that instalation bullshit.
