whats the most popular DDO server for D2jsp?

Whats a good class to start with?

Hard to say which server is most popular. But as far as classes go I recommend start off with Barb (easy stats to decide and easy to play), Mechanic (which is under rogue, I recommend this because they're in high demand), or pure Ranger... I started out with one and I love it. Not too far into the game yet, only lvl 8 with the Ranger... But just my opinion, take it how you will.
