Large Shield or Tower? I think we may be restricted to tower.
What feats? Weapon finesse for the dex build I'd think.
What Cha is required on a paly? Can we maybe sub out some cha for str?
really its not going to work you stats are spread way to thin to do that build. if you want an ac build do pure pally with tower shield heavy armor, low dex. or pure rogue high Dex light armor, dual wielder. one of the bigest flops with char build is trying to do too much. rangers make pretty good ac builds as well.
