Question someone might be able to answer, so I've been looking at the level 55 and 60 pink staves (Elemental Harmony and Mana Absorber) for elementalist for later on but I remember reading that those can only be upgraded via Klonter's amplifying machine. Is that true? Or can you still upgrade these weapons via Kiri?

Im not 100% sure of this but I think Kiri can upgrade them.
The only weapon's klonter has to upgrade are those that are Otherverse or WERE Otherverse ( aka been purified ).

you would upgrade it @ kiri assuming its not cursed/purified
