Rangers are only good because DBR abuses pierce. However revolvers have lot pattack and low pierce per upgrade level, they can be amazing but still the class itself is gimped by the need to use revolvers to do well. The worst gun in the game.


In pure power, ele striker rogue are all way up there. My moderately geared rogue will outdamage a ranger every time. *Yes even 14 rangers* Not in DPS but in speed.

Took you to get a +12 to run screaming and iron scale kings I think it could easily be done with other classes with less +'s .

But like I said it is all opinion at the end of the day any char can be played with good enjoyment.

Alright to phrase this better since every class can do well:

Which classes have the most return for your money:

Elementalist, Striker, Rogue.

Rangers, Monks, Asura

everything else fits in there. But not quite as high as these.

Necro is bottom tier for money spent because you need all OV gear to reach this point.

If you give all of these classes a +15 and full equips this is about where they would sit for end game dungeons.


If you are looking for good party classes:
FS sader, Soul Bender, F nen

If you looking for amazing solo character:
Summoner.


basically what determines a place in top tier is how well they scale with gear.

Skill and preference rule above all, but basically it all depends what you like.

I am a terrible player. People do it with +0's all the time. The list is pretty solid.

Okay, in your opinion. Class with full gear and +15 weapon of choice. Which class is #1? for running speed power and endgame content, flexibility with gimmicks and utility.

Striker and Grappler imo are amazing PvE at 60+. Strikers for their percent damage and grapplers for their flat damage

Yes, however fixed damage doesnt scale very well with gear.

But not many people have the gear you have. And honestly with the gear you have ANY class could solo the game in my opinion.

Oh of course, every class is viable. And can do it how you like. But just like cars, they all drive and meet your needs. Some are better.

No if you buy any 500 000 dollar car it is going to be pretty fucking amazing is my point.

If you are comparing a car that is 10 grand ( shit gear) to a car that is 100 000 (gold buyer gear) then yeah there is a difference .
