Step 1: Player interested in buying platinum MUST have legendary gems available to sell onto market. Selling basic gems will be a far too long drawn out process as each gem max sell is only 400 platinum, each.

Step 2: Player interested in buying platinum will list their legendary gem for sale in market, at the maximum possible offer. The higher the gem, the longer the cooldown rate on item available for sale will be. (I believe)

Step 3: Player selling platinum will go into market, locate the exact gem player is selling, purchase the gem for the overpriced amount. (locating the exact gem may become an issue? assuming there is multiple people attempting to sell for max price. You'll probably be best to favorite the one being listed; you'll both have to be in sync with timing to locate the exact one)

Trade will be complete but as stated in step 2, there will be a cooldown period for both selling and buying.

Something to take note that appears to be looked over: Players buying the platinum must realize that they are having to sell off a legendary gem. Now, I don't know about you, but if I'm selling a legendary gem that holds an already sellable value of 60,000 platinum (meaning I can sell it to ANYONE for 60,000) and I've listed it for 90,000 (not sure the actual maximum sell rates on each star gem) are you in fact selling the gem for 30,000? Or is it being respected as a sale of 90,000? Not sure if that's confusing. Also have to take note there is % fees (which are fairly high, imo).

What I'm stating is that the guy selling platinum kind of wins 2x here. Not only will he sell his platinum for the agreed amount but he also obtains ANOTHER legendary gem which can be resold to gain back MORE platinum. For example: If I was selling 900k platinum; 10x 90k gems; the true market value of the gems are 60k; if I finished selling those 10x gems, not only did i pocket the trade sale of 900k platinum, but i just re-gained 600k in resellable gems.

Was that too confusing? Just a food for thought in this whole selling platinum theory. I call it a theory because, has anyone actually done this yet? I dont know but it sounds like selling platinum is a 1 way ticket to SERIOUS fg farming and who wouldnt wanna double dip their sales?

Doen't matter, because it's not feasibale.
You need 100 games and hours of time to trade 500k platinum unless you have plenty of 5 star gems laying around

the gem is worth 50k anyways. So you have to give a 50k premium.
You now need 10 of those gems to trade 500k platinum

Oh and the seller has to have 1m platinum if he wants to sell 500k platinum.

That's why 1k platinum is maybe worth 1fg imho.
depneding how you agree to sell stuff
