Is there any advantage having an alt on the same account as your main? Nothing is shared basically, if you buy battlepass it's not shared among characters, cosmetics not shared this game is completely alt hostile in relation to account benefits.

Some people are playing alts just to bypass the daily limits. Tbh, I can put in upwards of 8 hours in a day and still not meet all my dailies. (Possibly because I spend 4 hours pvping)

I don't recommend "alting". I used to spread chars out but there was a day i finally though to myself "If I had spent all that exp into one char, it would be so much higher level". Just my mind set now.

Since paragon reaches 600 (and either it goes higher or will) there probably is no point in having multiple characters unless you just don't like the class you chose. I kind of wish I went Barb, Necro, or Demon Hunter. Just because each has their place in PVP and seem to be better for a f2p player like myself instead of Crusader. But I manage with what I got.

ok, I will probably try some powerplay, to get 1main + 3 chars to the level where they can go elder rift, farm FA, make 1-2 star gems sell them for platinum and then smuggle it to main, it's more for fun, let see how that works.

And at some point they promised that class change feature, but that is not available now.

Rest assured, it will probably cost to convert. Most likely with a paid option. Many mobile games offer conversion options and they also are not free. I expect to hear a bunch of people cry about that but what's new? They'll cry even if they got exactly what they wanted.

I suggest putting an alt on a different account. Pretty nice being able to run it through rifts
