I’m paragon level 23 but my combat rating is only 905.


Ive been doing the weekly selected dungeon over and over but i feel like i’m getting nowhere.


Whats the best advice from here? What should i be doing to help push forward

When you hit Paragon 30 you will not be strong enough for Hell 2 unfortunately.

I geared myself up enough to take on H2 at paragon 33 (still only at CR ~1120) by mostly:

1) Just playing more to gather materials and upgrade gear. Bounties and grinding for Monstrous Essence 3x per day. Got all main piece gear to Rank 7, all secondary gear to Rank 1 with some Rank 2.

2) Consolidate your runes and craft gems to upgrade your Legendary gems. Try to get as many good 2 star gems as you can, aim to craft the good ones with Ati runes

3) Do everything you can to upgrade Iben Fahds sanctum & Helliquary

Basically its a game of trying to squeeze as much CR out as you possibly can, until you get enough Legendary drops from Hell 2 to get you to that 1220 or 1250 threshold

I think i need to look into the runes aspect of it. Im currently sitting on like 600 of the dust stuff that lets me buy some runes but wasnt sure what to buy yet. Yeah, im guessing all the people spending cash are buying those legendary things and doing 25.00 rifts? 😂

Oh yes you can definitely utilize your dust to improve your CR.

Buy all the Fa runes you can with dust and use them to craft random gems (you have a choice here: Craft random 1 star gems for 7 Fa or random 2 star gems for 28 Fa purely for Gem power to upgrade gems, or craft a random gem for 22 Fa for a chance at a 5 star gem)

Dunno if thats the best option though, the best from what I can tell you.

You should have a good deal of Ati runes to craft one or two 2 star gems as upgrades also

I have not spent any Platinum yet and don't even know the best way to do so

Just a filthy casual sharing my experiences

Check all rare rings, amulets etc, they very often don't show upgrade but they do, and find some stronger friends to carry your ass, that's how I have achieved 1800cr as f2p rn

E/ also try to finish your challenge rift lvl30 as soon as possible after hitting 30lvl
