Well the strange thing that people don't take into place, is the guy who's selling the gem. Do they account for the cost and value of the gem? Also, especially normal gems, sometimes they sell for max 400 platinum anyways. Seems like the guy buying platinum is giving away his gems for free. I don't know. If a standard 1 star L gem already sells for 800 platinum, and you are selling him 2000 platinum, are you theoretically selling 1,200 and not the 2000?
