Kinda confused with everything here. I'm paragon 23 and I'm kinda left in the dust already. Yes the leveling is slower but it's to be expected as any game out there the leveling is slower the higher you get. The weekly bonus cap on the battle chest exp was a little saddening when i hit it yesterday. Took almost an entire week to be capped off, though. It wasn't that unrealistic.
